Skiing in the night in Tyrol
Skiing in the Austrian alps
Once a week in the See ski region, you have the option of spending a very special evening. Every Tuesday a piste is lit up from 7.30pm till 8.30pm and lures holidaymakers as well as locals for night skiing in the Alps.
The evening is heralded by a 30-minute show under the motto “Fire on Ice“. The See ski-school and the freestyle-club show off their moves on the slope, accompanied by fireworks. From 9pm, the Panorama-restaurant turns into a party zone with music and lively atmosphere. Night skiing is therefore for anyone who wants to celebrate their skills, followed by a huge party.
As an alternative to the ski piste, those who’d rather go sledging also have the chance to do this by night on the lit natural toboggan run. On the 6km long, lit up track you can whizz down to the valley full of laughter from 7.30pm.
For every skier and snowboarder the night skiing in See is an absolute highlight. By day, however, this region around the picturesque mountain village of See, in Tyrol, also offers enough winter-sport activities to keep everyone entertained on holiday.
