Weather forecast

The disturbance influence will decrease significantly, however, until Friday we will remain in the sphere of influence of weak frontal systems, marginally brushing against our area. Nevertheless, we will steer towards a dry weather cycle on Wednesday. A mix of sun and clouds and weak high-pressure influence will prevail. On Thursday and on Friday, a strong west to northwesterly wind will revive in the mountains. Frontal systems will brush against our area and provide for dense clouds and weak precipitation especially towards the northern edge of the Alps. The snow line will be around 2000 m above sea level. A residual warm front is expected on Friday morning. In the afternoon the clouds will decrease and make way for the sun. A new high with a massive inflow of warm air will settle over our area at the weekend. Only few clouds will mark the high reaching inflow of warm air. The frost line will rise towards 4000 m above sea level.
