The gourmet festival in Ischgl in Paznaun

At the centre of attention is the famous Paznauner Alpine Cheese, made from pure Paznaun milk by cows that feast on only the finest grass. Discover the craftsmanship of 10 mountain pastures and 3 valley dairies as they bring their unique cheese directly to Ischgl. But there’s more to savour: the festival ground offers a plethora of delicacies besides delicious dairy products, including bread, bacon, honey, spirits, liqueurs, and more. Local exhibitors enhance the culinary festival with a range of traditional and modern crafts, from pine cushions to wooden jewellery and felt bags.
